1. Core Principle
All services and purchases on tulsk.ie, including advertisements, product listings, or associated charges, are considered delivered once payment is confirmed.
2. Product/Service Fees vs. Handling Fees
- Product or Service Fees (e.g., €15 for packing) may be refundable only if cancelled before the service/product is delivered or the advertisement goes live, subject to Clause 16 of the Terms of Use.
- Handling Fees (e.g., €2 collected by third-party payment processors or service providers) are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, even if the user cancels the service or deletes the advertisement. These fees are not controlled by tulsk.ie and are considered third-party charges.
3. Pre-Publication Cancellations
- Users may cancel services or advertisements only before they are published or dispatched.
- Refunds for product/service fees may be issued minus any handling fees, which are non-refundable.
4. Post-Publication / Post-Dispatch
- Once an advertisement is live, or a product/service has been dispatched, all fees are considered fully earned, and no refund applies, including product/service fees where applicable.
- Handling fees remain non-refundable at all times.
5. Exceptions
- In rare cases of confirmed technical failures caused by tulsk.ie, a partial refund may be issued for product/service fees excluding handling fees.
- User errors, misrepresentation, or breach of Terms of Use do not qualify for refunds.
6. Acknowledgement
- By using tulsk.ie and making any payment, users expressly agree that third-party handling fees are non-refundable and accept these terms as part of Clause 16 of the Terms of Use.
