Breach of these rules may result in immediate removal of the listing, account suspension, and potential legal action.
All fees, including handling charges, remain non-refundable.

1. Illegal or Restricted Goods

• Firearms, ammunition, explosives, or imitation weapons.
• Drugs, drug paraphernalia, or controlled substances.
• Tobacco products, vaping liquids, or accessories.
• Counterfeit, stolen, or unlicensed goods.
• Human remains or body parts.

2. Animals and Livestock

• The sale or advertisement of live animals, including pets, livestock, or wildlife, is strictly prohibited.
• Listings related to breeding, rehoming, or animal trading will be removed immediately.

3. Misleading, Deceptive, or Harmful Content

• False advertising, fake business profiles, or unverifiable claims.
• Investment, get-rich-quick, or cryptocurrency schemes.
• Content intended to harvest data or direct users to fraudulent sites.

4. Adult or Offensive Material

• Pornographic, explicit, or obscene content.
• Services of an adult or sexual nature.
• Material promoting hate, discrimination, or violence.

5. Unauthorised or Regulated Services

• Medical, legal, or financial services without proper licence or certification.
• Gambling, betting, or lottery activities not registered in Ireland.
• Escort or companionship services.

6. Platform Abuse

• Posting duplicate ads or manipulating categories.
• Spamming, keyword stuffing, or artificial traffic generation.
• Circumventing system limits, pricing, or moderation tools.

7. Free Listing

• Only one free listing is allowed per user on the Free plan.
• Additional listings may require upgrading to a paid plan.

Enforcement & Reporting

Tulsk.ie reserves full discretion to remove any content or account found in breach of these terms.
Users may report suspicious or illegal listings to contact@tulsk.ie. Verified reports will be reviewed promptly.
