Users must behave responsibly and lawfully at all times when accessing Tulsk.ie. By using this Website, you agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or incomplete information.
  • Create multiple or fake accounts.
  • Impersonate another business, individual, or entity.
  • Upload harmful code, spam, or unauthorised promotional material.
  • Attempt to interfere with the Website’s operation or security.
  • Use the platform to promote illegal or restricted activities.

Tulsk.ie reserves the right to suspend or report any account suspected of fraud or unlawful conduct to the relevant Irish authorities.

2. Content Standards

All advertisements must:

  • Represent legitimate goods or services offered by real individuals or businesses.
  • Be written clearly and accurately, with true pricing and service information.
  • Include images relevant to the product or service advertised.
  • Comply with Irish and EU consumer protection, data protection, and advertising laws.

Listings that mislead, exploit, or breach public decency standards may be removed immediately and without refund.

3. Prohibited Content Categories

The following are strictly prohibited from being advertised on Tulsk.ie:

  • Animals or Livestock, including live pets, farm animals, or wildlife.
  • Weapons, ammunition, or firearm accessories.
  • Drugs, prescription or otherwise controlled substances.
  • Counterfeit, stolen, or unauthorised goods.
  • Adult, sexual, or explicit content.
  • Financial, gambling, or pyramid schemes not licensed in Ireland.
  • Job listings that are misleading, illegal, or exploitative.
  • Unverified or unlicensed services, including medical or legal advice.

Any listings found in breach will be deleted without prior notice, and user accounts may be suspended.

4. Account Suspension or Termination

Tulsk.ie may suspend or permanently terminate accounts if:

  • Users breach any part of the Terms of Use, Content Rules, or Prohibited Categories.
  • Listings are fraudulent, harmful, or repeatedly misleading.
  • The user causes reputational or technical harm to Tulsk.ie.
  • Payment disputes or chargebacks occur through PayPal.

No refund (including handling fees) will be issued in the event of termination for breach.

5. Free Listing

Only one free listing is allowed per user on the Free plan. Additional listings may require upgrading to a paid plan.

6. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and compliance of their listings.
Tulsk.ie accepts no liability for content posted by users or for transactions conducted outside the platform.
